The Inca Trail crunchy Andean cheese. To make these products we closely work with the indigenous Saraguro community. This unique cheese is made from free-grazing cows' milk at the elevations of 2500-3500 meters above sea level and we process it the same day it's formed. Only natural ingredients are used to make this unique treat. Comes in creamy, broccoli, cocoa, chili, oregano, and sacha inchi flavors.
